Skills
Recipe cards for an AI helper
In short
A skill is like a recipe card for the AI.
It says what to do, step by step.
It also says what not to do.
The AI follows the card the same way every time.
Imagine giving a new team member a recipe card: "When someone asks for X, do these steps, and never do that." They follow it the same way every time. A skill is that recipe card — for an AI helper.
A skill is just a text file. You add it to an AI tool (like Claude Code, Codex or GitHub Copilot), then ask for it by name: "Use the Requirements Gap Investigator on this." The AI follows the card's steps and rules for that request.
Every page here shows a real run: what we asked a real AI, and exactly what it answered (only personal details are ever taken out). No coding needed.
Three jobs, four teams
Sales asks for "an export button on the reports page": a button that saves the report as a file you can open in a spreadsheet (a CSV file). That's all they say. The skills here help four teams — Product, Content, Social media and Software — take a request like that from a vague idea to something ready to go, in three jobs:
Each team has its own skill for each job — 12 skills in all. On every job page, pick a team to see its version.
